There is a 30-day no drama return guarantee on all new products bought from Parkfield Angling Centre.
The unwanted / unused item must be returned in it’s original packaging to our store either in person or via post at the purchaser’s expense.
All returns will require proof of post and certain items may need to be tracked.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus what it cost us to send to you, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged or defected new products must be reported within 5 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or defective new products will be replaced at no expense to the purchaser, including shipping.
Please include with your returning product a cover note including contact details and reason for return.

New products will only be either exchanged or refunded if they have not been used, worn or otherwise soiled.
Any products that have developed a fault within our 12 month warranty guarantee can be returned for either repair or replacement.
Parkfield Angling Centre reserve the right to return any faulty goods to the manufacturer before exchanging or refunding where necessary.
If the manufacturer deems the fault to not be that of the product, Parkfield Angling Centre restse the right not to use an exchange or refund.
Please note, if buying used 2nd hand goods from our 'Preloved' section that you are buying these goods at your own risk. We provide as detailed description as we can for all products listed and thoroughly check every item is in full working order before listing for sale.
